5Got a box of these recently and take one 20 minutes before a workout definitely fights the fatigue and can push through an hour's workout.. sweat buckets,bit not a bad thing Goes Well With:On its own are water

3Tastes awful, and didn’t give me a buzz or any energy to get up and go 🤷♀️. Disappointed. Only good thing is you don’t need to mix. One shot and done! Goes Well With:Time Machine

5Wow this stuff works, hits you fast and you fly! Smashed a 45min HIIT session with my PT and then stayed on to do more than I've ever done in an hour of upper body weight training! You don't need as much time to recover and you will be able to do heavier weights, more reps and more sets!

Great shot
5I have used a few pre workout powders in the past that required mixing with a reasonably large quantity of water, which meant a toilet trip during the workout (Very annoying). I find these very convenient, the taste is quite sharp but soon disappears. I do seem to be able to complete my workout without feeling too fatigued so I think they help.

These are a game changer !!!
5I have to admit, I was a little unsure of the taste to start with, but now I enjoy every single drop. These are like miniature bottles of adrenalin!!! I run 5 days a week and take these pre workout shots 10 mins before I start, and WoW 👌 they just give me the rush that I need to get me through my workout !!
