"There was one a time when this product was chalky and not very tasty, this was around 4 years. I've been using this product for around 4 years now as my bedtime shake as I think it's unrivalled. I've seen this formula improve massively over the 4 years (not that it ever bothered me in the first place, I want results not luxuries!) but today any comment about chalkiness and taste are frankly a joke! Mix it with a small amount of water (cold is nice) shake it well and the shake tastes and texture is spot on! I will use this for as long as it's made"

"I have been using bedtime extreme for about a month now. The main reasons for choosing it was I noticed that no matter how hard i worked out and ate during the day I would wake up deflated the next morning. I ordered and came next day on the basic delivery so dont waste your money with the more expensive delivery.. I.ve always had trouble putting on weight and weigh an embarassing 53kg and tried weight gainers but with only one result...bad bowels. So ive being using a whey protein + bedtime extreme + creatine and my body is taking shape. Have developed good definition and am happy with the results. Bedtime extreme does what it says I had choc smooth and first time i had it twas not very nice but as i drank more i got used to it and now not bad at all. Overall good product

"Very chalky, but it's still very drinkable and tasty. Flavours are wrong. It's 'Strawberry and cream', not Strawberry. Pouch is not great. The seal broke after a couple of use. I'm not waking up completely starved, so it does the job, just like cottage cheese, except that I like this shake much more :)."

Had chocolate and thinks its tastes awesome. Can never fault the taste of myprotein shakes. I've never been 1 to complain about the taste of a shake but myprotein ones actually taste nice. I have it before bed n chuck in a load of recovery substance and drink it with my alpha men caps. i use to wake up and look in the mirror and think my arms looked smaller which would go after eating. dont get that since ive gone through 2 pouches of this. unfortunately it goes quite fast so may have to do with a pint of milk n whey before bed till i get my next loan :(

I mixed 1/2 hr before bed with full fat milk it mixes really well and I could drink it all day as it tastes like Choc milk shake and nice and thick.... Well done MP

"Having read the reviews i was dubious about the taste factor. In the past i've tried My Protein 'Peptide Pro' and that was disgusting but it did'nt matter cos it was good for you. This product arrived yesterday and i tried my first drink last night mixed with milk and flaxseed oil. I only did one scoop and i was pleasantly suprised it tasted lovely and chocolately with no bitter after taste. Take the recommended 2 scoops and it's going to taste even better i guess. Prior to this product i've been using a rivals's. This stuff is up there with it for taste, mixability and nutrient breakdown but it's only half the price!!!"
