Cant understand the negative taste/mix reviews. I have the chocolate of this (second or third purchase of it) and think it tastes great. Its a protein product. What do people expect these things to taste like? Cadburys?! I also think it mixes Great mixed with semi skimmed milk. Also its tastes/mixes good with water. Wake up not feeling hungry or aching so it definatly does what it says on the tin as well.

"c'mon now guys am i reading training reviews or a girls clothing and food report?? forget the flavour issues and mixing. what has the product done for you.... have u gained weight? muscle? fat? do you feel stronger, noticed a change in size or strength. how do you feel the product has helped you? or not at all?? the review should be on the product and training, not all taste and mixing....... or join a food review club instead!!"

Only used this a couple of times so far and I have to agree with other reviews it doesn't mix well...its grainy and chalky...taste isn't tht important but still could b better...I'm sure it will produce results which is VIP but overall I'm disappointed with the product

I must say anyone who thinks this shake tastes bad needs to man up!! I will be honest I have the choc flavour and I think it tastes really nice it is a bit chalky but that really makes no difference. I have it with milk and it mixes well and tastes good. If you want to taste a disgusting shake try cyclone from maximuscle. I am finding this shake very effective when i wake in the morning I am hungry but not starving and feel that this shake is helping me to add bulk and hit some new pbs. But honestly guys try this shake dont be put off by the bad taste comments as they are simply not true and if you want to bulk up having an effective night time casein shake is very important!

"Well....having used strawberry milk isolate which is tasty but very chalky, i thought i'd try bedtime extreme. Smooth chocolate, i have to say is gorgeous imho. For years i've only had vanilla flavoured proteins, but this choccy reminded how nice other flavorus can be. I also bought banana, but haven't tried it yet. It's expensive cos a 60g serving is needed to give you 50g tops (if mixed with milk) of protein to digest overnight, but i do find that slow release protein at bedtime really helps. For those that don't like the taste....i guess you're just too fussy."

Fantastic product. Taste and mixability are spot on. Chose the bannana flavour first. It tastes exactly like a Nestle bannana milkshake! As suggested i do 2 large scoops into 400ml of milk and mix in a blender bottle. Ends up quite frothy at first but give it a few mins and its spot on. Purchased bannana flavour drops in advance but honestly i dont need them!

"Im writing my 1st review to warn people off buting this, i purchased the chocolate mint version and i must say its undrinkable, I like to change proteins regularily to try different things and have never before came across a protein that i threw out rather than use but thats what i did with this. It does not mix well and has a chalky taste and due to the large portion required it makes you feel physically sick. I cannot comment on effectiveness as i only percervied for 3 nights before ditching it and going back to my normal casein"
