Really good value!!
5I've always wanted to try chia seeds, but they seem to be quite expensive in health stores on the high street. I bought this with a code (you can always find codes on the MP website) and it's so cost effective! I soak mine in water for around 5 mins before adding to porridge/smoothies, but I think they can be used dry as wellGoes Well With:Smoothies, porridge, yoghurt

5I love putting chia seeds in my smoothies, cereal, porridge etc. for that bit of extra fibre and protein, so finding organic ones that aren't overpriced is brilliant! Goes Well With:smoothies, cereals, oats

5As said before, chia seeds are chia seeds but this is great value for money. Just wanted to share the way I use them: half scoop my protein rolled oats, 10g chia seeds, 100g of coconut yoghurt left in fridge over night and topped with banana and blueberriesGoes Well With:Yoghurt

5chia seeds are chia seeds but these are by far the cheapest that I've come acrossGoes Well With:chocolate brownie whey and greek yogurt

5Such a tiny seed, powerhouse of nutrition. My Protein organic chia seeds are high quality and were delivered promptly - love them as the base for my chia puddings!

Creamy Taste
5I love these soaked overnight in the fridge as add to my porridge & makes it taste creamer as the seeds swell up & have a really nice consistency. No taste that I can notice & prefer it soaked than getting the tiny seeds stuck in your teeth. Goes Well With:Porridge

Chia seeds
5Bought these as was looking for an alternative to porridge, and so far I'm loving it! Best left soaking overnight with milk for a quick and easy breakfast. Even great as a pudding in the evening.Goes Well With:Soaked in milk overnight, stirred well before eating then topped with bit of cinnamon, grated coconut, fresh fruit, and a few nuts.
