Great product

As said before, chia seeds are chia seeds but this is great value for money. Just wanted to share the way I use them: half scoop my protein rolled oats, 10g chia seeds, 100g of coconut yoghurt left in fridge over night and topped with banana and blueberries

Three cheers for Chia!

This is one of the most versatile superfoods I always have in my diet now. I am delighted that MP have started selling this so it is easy for me to order. Very underrated food that everyone should add to their diet. Check out online for recipes you can follow to include this great superfood, or simply put a few spoons in the blender with the rest of your protein shake. I always add a big spoon to my morning oats and fruit. This is a very good price too - especially considering the offers MP have going. Shop around and you will see. Thanks MP.

Really good value!!

I've always wanted to try chia seeds, but they seem to be quite expensive in health stores on the high street. I bought this with a code (you can always find codes on the MP website) and it's so cost effective! I soak mine in water for around 5 mins before adding to porridge/smoothies, but I think they can be used dry as well

Nice addition to breakfast

They don't really have a taste, but very healthy addition to breakfast, They are a great way to ensure you get the correct nutrition in your body at the start of your day! Would buy again, great on top of blueberries and yogurt.

Great product!

I love putting chia seeds in my smoothies, cereal, porridge etc. for that bit of extra fibre and protein, so finding organic ones that aren't overpriced is brilliant!

Such a tiny seed, powerhouse of nutrition. My Protein organic chia seeds are high quality and were delivered promptly - love them as the base for my chia puddings!

Creamy Taste

I love these soaked overnight in the fridge as add to my porridge & makes it taste creamer as the seeds swell up & have a really nice consistency. No taste that I can notice & prefer it soaked than getting the tiny seeds stuck in your teeth.
