5Super easy to take, I take two every day and there is no taste of them. They go down really easily as they are soft.

Great for those who hate fish!
5I really can't get on with fish and found my joints clicking a scary amount, but since taking these tablets for three weeks the severity has really decreased. Great stuff!Goes Well With:Food

5I bought these because I don't like fish so thought it would be a good way to get my omega 3 oils, I bought them for the reason of helping my hair, skin, ect. but a huge benefit that I never expected from them was help with joint pain, since taking them I have never felt sore after a gym session allowing me to go to the gym 6 days a week, honestly cannot recommend these things enough, if you find yourself sore after a gym session and unable to train for the next few days I promise taking these will make that a thing of the past, Goes Well With:multivitamins

Conveniently concentrated!
5I like the fact that this omega 3 fish oil is concentrated so I don't have spend the whole day swallowing the soft gels! =)

Perfect omega supplement
5it´s really hard to find an Omega-3 supplement that gets you to the 1gr of EPA recommended without having to take 6 pills a day. With a couple of daily pills you meet your EPA requirements and it´s just perfect. Does not have fishy taste if you know how to store it, keep it refrigerated and will conserve better.

Good for my joints and recovery
5I have used a few different omega supplements. This is definitely one of the best ones. They normally seem a bit big but these are a good size to swallow. The taste once swallowed is good as you don’t get the fish reflux you can get on some of them. After taking this for a few weeks I can say I feel my joints have stopped clicking and seem to move better in exercise. All in all so fare I would recommend this product.Goes Well With:Water

4Great value, fast delivery, tasteless, which is good, not 100% sure of effectiveness just yet as not been taking these particular ones that long, but feel OK on them, mainly taking for joints, especially my wrists, from wear and tear in my job....love my protein Goes Well With:Food and drink
