Omega 3
5These are excellent. No fishy taste, easy to swallow. They don't repeat on me; no fishy burps. Very good ratios of EPA and DHA for the recommended dosage. I've taken up to three times the recommended dose for a few months as I'd read that it could help with depression. Could be placebo but I did feel subjectively less depressed. I've had clinical depression and treatment with SSRI medication and CBT. I found the fish oil to be at least as effective as my other treatments. I also have type 2 diabetes and I think that the fish oil helps with my symptoms. It's also helped some niggling joint pain I had. It's helped me, but I'm not suggesting that my anecdotal evidence is superior to advice from a trained medical professional.

Omega 3 are a crucial supplement.
5This is a great value product. Omega3 are one of 2 supplements I recommend (other being Vit D. Key to reducing inflammation, improving outcomes and generally improving or maintaining good health. If you eat Oily fish 3 times a week probably dont need them. Most of us dont do this. Easy to swallow, no after taste. Hard to rate effectiveness as we dont measure this, but might be worth monitoring HS-CRP if you are also on a whole food diet. Thanks. Goes Well With:Whole food, no ultraprocessed food diet.

4All round Great product. Gets the essential omega-3 in the system easily. Sometimes a strange/unpleasant taste in your mouth a while after taking but I guess it’s the nature of the supplement so not really a bad point on the product itself. Would highly recommend as a daily supplement. Goes Well With:Multivitamins
