5Great product. I take two every morning after my breakfast, I used to have a fair bit of joint pain after training, this has since calmed significantly. I would say these are a must for anyone who is serious about training! Used to buy from my local chemist, they were twice the price for half as many so these are definitely worth the money. Great price, great product.

5I have been ordering this product for quite some time now and can definitely tell how my bones, hair, joints, nails and skin has actually improved by taking Omega 3-6-9 daily in the morning with fried eggs and avocado to release the goodness of the Omega oils.Goes Well With:water

5I 've been using these capsules daily along with Glucosamine HCL and by themselves for a long time and I 've seen noticable changes, lesser or minimal pain in my joints, tendons and ligaments as well. I recommend this product without second thought !Goes Well With:Water / Empty Stomach / Breakfast

4Well priced supplement, make sure you eat something after taking these. The taste if you burp after taking them is hideous.

5Omega 3, 6, and 9 is a superb product that's great for skin and joint health. After two weeks of taking these I've noticed great results. It doesn't taste of anything nor does it leave you with a bad breath. I will be buying it again!
