just hype??
2For me I did not find this product helped me in the gym. I took 3, 30 minutes before workout with my pre workout shake. At the gym I felt it dos not give me the "pump" people were talking about and what I was looking for. However, I did notice myself being more alert and more focused, which could have (on a slight tangent) increased my input into the gym.

5I've been using no2 extreme for a few months now and I get a great pump in the gym and it does prolonge the vascularity and pump I get. I've had great care comments from friends about the pump and vascularity I get from my workouts and it's down to these bad boys.Goes Well With:Water, a heavy session

4Bit early to tell but it feels like it is working. I feel more vascular and also feel that I can do cardio for longer. I recommend giving it a try!

4Quality product, delivers a half decent pump for a short while after taking a capsule. What people seem to forget is that this is a pump enhancer - if you're not at the gym, you're not going to swell up have veins busting out of your skin, but you will get a pump. Also, if you're not already lean and reasonably vascular, you're not going to suddenly become it from taking a pill; they enhance what is already there, and so visible results will be proportional to your BF% and so on. In terms of recovery time reduction, I would say that these are worth getting as they help nutrients get around your body faster. Whether this is a placebo effect or not I'm not sure, but even if you get them just for the middle of the day pump then they're worth it. I took a capsule before bed with 3 Zinc and Magnesium capsules and I woke up feeling refreshed and with barely any DOMS.Goes Well With:Black coffee pre-workout, MyProtein Zinc and Magnesium before bed, a rest day

Does not work
1Does not work. Took the three tablets 30 mins prior to a workout as stated, made me feel lethargic and the gym and resulted in me cutting gym sessions short due to lack of energy. Would not recommend at all.
