Helps with workouts
4I feel when I take one of these capsules about 30-40 minutes before I actually start my workout I feel stronger and my lifting feels easier. It's good! (I rated it 1 start for taste but it's a capsule)Goes Well With:Water! Just get it down love!

Great product
4I was looking for a good multi vitamin for sports women and came across this Ive been takig them for two weeks now and can feel amd see a difference Im less tired and feel more alert along with my skin looking so much better! I do recomend taking them with food and plenty of water

Great Multivitamin
5I've been using this product for months and really I can feel its effectiveness. It's helping me to cope with the tiredness after intense workout and the cold of the winter. Good product
4I've been using this vitamins for 2 months now. I bought them because I was getting bruised every time I went to the gym, just with the gentlest touch of the barbell. I thought it could be for lack of vitamin K so I started taking these pills, also because they cover all the vitaminic groups and seem very complete. It took three or four weeks to kick in but the difference is clear. No more bruises and I feel like I have more energy, also my nails seem to grow faster and stronger although I don't feel any difference in my hair (but it has always grown really quickly anyway). So overall a very good product. I'd recommend it.

5I changed vitamins to some other ones I found in a high street shop, and straight away i noticed the difference! I came back to these immediately. I have so much energy with these and I don't keep getting ill as much as I used to. I've recommended them to loads of people :)

Don't feel so tired
5I have been looking for a good overall vitamin tablet and came across this, after reading all the reviews and waiting for them to come back in stock as they seem very popular. I have been taking them for nearly two weeks and already I don't feel as tired as I was which is great, I have not noticed anything else but that alone for me is worth buying them again.
