5I am really happy with MP MAX Elle Active Woman. It gives me all the vitamins I need (and might not get otherwise - although I'd say I have a fairly healthy diet). It definitely has improved my fingernails, which otherwise show lots of horizontal grooves. I'll stick with this multi-vitamin product.
