I am an Alpha Man!
5I have used other multivits in the past, but none even come close to this. They literally make you feel healthier and less bloated. I'm 20, I work out 3 times a week, my goal is to gain weight and look good for summer. I had spots mainly on my shoulders and back, I can guarantee you since I've taken these, my skin has improved so much, spots are pretty much gone altogether, and I have a much better complexion. Like I said these do make you feel better, and healthier so they obviously work. I take 2 in the morning and 2 in the evening with water. It's a good little supplement to take on the side of whatever your doing, don't forget, improving your health will also speed up recovery too!Goes Well With:Probably anything, no bad taste

Don't be confused by poor labelling
4The website shows them as suitable for vegetarian but the label says not. When challenged through Facebook they confirm printing error on product so it is suitable for vegetarian. This is a massive amount of vitamins and minerals per tablet, I can't conceive of any other supplier producing so much for so little.

5A day hasn't passed for 3 years without these Alpha Men in my diet. Multivits are a must and these are brilliant.

5Alpha Men is a really good product from MP. It gives you loads of energy and contains pretty much all the vitamins in one. The downside is the tablet is quite big to swallow but you get used to it after a while. You know it's working when your pee turns luminous! Goes Well With:Water.

5I've been taking Alpha Men for about a year. I find them very effective. I came off them and tried some standard vitamins, and I didn't feel as well as I do on these. It's a great product at a great price. Goes Well With:Cod liver oil.

Alpha Men - More like ALPHA Men
5Alpha Men is full of vitamins, in a size small enough to put in your mouth and swallow, mimicking the process of eating real food! Couldn't be simpler to take the vitamins from the jar and get them into your body. 11/10, would buy again.

5I've been using Alpha Men for a year and a half. I haven't caught a cold or fallen ill since I've been using this product! Also, I train very hard in the gym, and without Alpha Men I wouldn't have, as my immune system goes down because of the intense training. With the use of Alpha Men, I recover very quick and I'm ready for the following day to train hard! I would recommend it to everyone for a better recovery.

5Alpha men is a great supplement, after taking for the first couple of days my energy levels improved a lot, i feel like a new person taking alpha men I have never felt better and there a great price and I would definitely recommend them to my friends and family and any of you that are debating to get them.
