worth a go
5It's very hard to measure the effectiveness of a multivitamin. However, I started taking Alpha Men along with Omega 3 and glucosamin, plus cutting out alcohol. Overall I feel much better however, can I say it's all down to Alpha Men? Not really, although I'd like to think they have an affect. The first thing I noticed was my urine turning a luminous yellow colour after taking! I assumed this was a good thing perhaps removing antioxidants. I will continue using and see if I can find any measurable benefits.

best multi-vits on the market!
5In my opinion; these Alpha Men tablets, although a bit bulky have performed above expectations. They've seen me through an especially cold winter with no illness as they boost your immune system (and this was as a smoker); now I've quit the cigs the benefits are compounding on each other! They're a bit pricey but ultimately definitely worth the money!Goes Well With:A big gulp of water

Good multivitamins
5I've been using this for yonks and I love it. They are big, but not too hard to swallow. Seen a noticeable improvement with almost everything.

Great multivitamin
4Alpha Men is a comprehensive vitamin tablet with everything covered. Taste is irrelevant, although some say it's unpleasant, but it doesn't bother me in the slightest. It has a great mixture of vitamins to top up a healthy diet. Can't really comment on effectiveness, but combined with exercise and good healthy food you should be on to a winner! Does turn your urine into a strong yellow colour so watch out for that!Goes Well With:Water and a healthy lifestyle.

5Alpha Men seems to work very well, although I take 1 tablet twice a day instead of 2 tablets twice a day.

Seems to be working

Alpha men review
5Been on these tablets about two weeks now, I feel healthier and have more energy. The taste isn't the best but it's not like you chew them. I recommend taking these tabs with omega 3,6,9 (Helps keep vitamin c in your body) and VITAMIN C WITH BIOFLAVONOIDS & ROSEHIP. All three together feeds your body what it needs and you should feel more healthier and have more energy.Goes Well With:omega 3,6,9 and VITAMIN C WITH BIOFLAVONOIDS & ROSEHIP

Great Stuff
5I've just about finished my first pot of these Alpha Men tablts, and I have to say they are great. People have been falling ill at work and I'm usually one of those people, and I have not had any illness - is it these tablets? I have a strict diet, with low carbs as I'm trying to lose more weight. I have recently moved house, so I've not been to the gym for a month (need to find a new gym) but I'm still steadily losing weight. I feel these help boost the vitamins I am not getting with certain foods. Overall these aren't the best tasting things to take, and the smell is a little off-putting, but swallow them quickly (which can be a task) and you'll not taste a thing.Goes Well With:Cod Liver Oil, Water
