5I used these supplements through most of last year, but decided to stop using them just before Christmas 2013. In the time since, I have felt lethargic, unmotivated, weak and frankly lacking any 'zeal' or 'zip', something many men over forty begin to experience. Ive now begun taking them again, in lieu of royal jelly and ginseng tablets, and the difference is amazing! Now I feel ready to get back in the gym, lifting and pushing like I used to, and I can only thank Alpha Men for the renewed boost in energy. If like me, you're of a certain age, I cannot recommend this product highly enough, and pound for pound they offer very good value for your money, which is rare these days. Well done My Protein and thank you.Goes Well With:Anything.

5I started taking alpha men a few years ago. It's loaded. Feel healthier. All my training squad now take this multi vitamin now and can't fault it.Goes Well With:Cee tabs omega 3

Solid product
5Very good multi vitamin for the price. Essential if you don't get enough fruit and veg, which let's face it, is most of us. People seem to be complaining about the smell and taste, but the smell isn't strong, and the taste even less so. Smells like savoury golden syrup to me. Pills are small and smooth, so no problem swallowing them at all. Goes Well With:Life

5Alpha Men - NOT only for man. :) I suplement with Herbalife, but I quit and now I am using MyProtein multivitamin. Greta price and performance. Higly recommendet. I took 3 x 2 tablet daily. As a woman I must also take care about iron (micronutrient). Goes Well With:Healty lifestay for both sport enthusiast and sedentary people, for both woman and man.

4It can be difficult to get everything your body needs to grow when you're on an intense, heavy lifting regime, but I feel that this supplement gets me a good portion of the way there. My only gripe would be the dosage (four a day? Really?) and the fact that there's barely any potassium in that dosage. Otherwise, this a good, cost effective multi vit. Goes Well With:Water
