Alpha Men
5Have been taking Alpha for a while now and i seem to avoid all the ailments that normally are about at this time of year , i have used various multi vit tablets in my time and this are really the best i have used no joking, i noticed the difference in just a fewdays , far better then a basic supermarket multi-vit . The only gripe i have with them is the size of tablet can make it bit difficult to swallow.Goes Well With:Water, milk, fish oil

Subtle and effective.
5Firstly it is incredibly hard to give a review of an item which offers subtle and hard to quantify results. I noticed the difference a week after I ran out. For now apparent reason I felt sluggish, more tired, and just 'off'. this reverted to normal after I re-ordered. I simply forgot I'd run out! I've been taking this for around 1 year at the dose of two tablets daily, although I often forget and often take just the one. It does make you urine smell and become luminous, so does asparagus! SO there is no reason NOT to take it. I'd recommend this as something to take 'just in case' and as part of a healthy routine. Has it changed my workout routine/effectiveness? No. As a former solider and endurance tabber I've been fit since I was a teen. My diet is also spot on. How has this helped? In a subtle way. I'm less likely to feel tired and sluggish, which equates in more activity. Goes Well With:A healthy diet.

Alpha Men - the winter bug beater?
5All I can say so about Alpha Men is that this is the first winter I have taken them, and so far I havent had any cold, flu or anything ...... coincidence? :) I have given this a taste rating of 3 because as it is a pill I swallow it, so I don't have a chance to take it.

Alpha men tablets
5Been taking these for a few months now and I recommend these over regular multi-vitamins you get in drug stores. When combined with a workout your immune system certainly gets a boost which is useful during winter.

A must buy...
5Fact - this is my first review on any health product and I must say that I am absolutely blown away by these Alpha Men tablets that I had to shout about it! I have been taking these tablets since Feb 2014 which were recommended by gym buddies of mine. My energy levels are now much higher but more noticeable was my overall health. For someone who use to be off sick at work with colds and flu in previous years without fail for at least 5 plus days, I have yet to experience any cold/flu this year since taking 2 tablets in the morning and 2 in the evening every day. I have compared the ingredients of Alpha men to other leading vitamin tablets and the variance and dosages are much greater with Alpha Men which won me over. A must buy...
