5Pills work well no side effects so far and much more affordable than some others and Myprotein was very efficient as always.

fat binder
5i used this fat binder to help me reduce my body fat. as you know a lot of us struggle to get rid of the little bit of flab on our stomachs, and I've worked out that this specific product works well depending on how you use it...yeah you can just follow instructions but if your not consistent with your workout and goals your not going to get the most effective results. The way i use it is by having 2 capsules literally when i wake up then just before lunch because that tends to be the meal that fills me up the most and have a shake at the same time to help mask the taste a little. then i have it with a banana just before i workout not before dinner. i cant exactly explain why but this seemed to have more a more effective result on me. also it got rid of that crave for just a little more food. its a great product and id recommend to use it the way i do. Goes Well With:water, exercise

Easy to take no bad taste
5I was expecting these to run havoc on my stomach, but they didnt. Im not sure they are meant for long term use but are great for those days where you pig out just a little too much on fatty foods or if you are looking for a boost with your weight loss. Theyre easy to take and no bad taste.

Disappointed
1They didn't work for me.... Living a fairly healthy lifestyle going to the gym everyday this has no impact on me. Waste of money.

Not a good product
1Dear sirs, I have recently purchased the fat binder to help with my weight loss, which I can honestly say I am disappointed with this product. I have a BMi of 27.5 and I have a really healthy diet and go to 9 gym classes a week and this product has not helped me lose any weight what so ever. Just wanted to provide feedback as it does not do what it is advertised to do and I buy a lot of products from my protein and this is the first time I have been disappointed. Kind regards Natalie

Love to eat high fat meals
5If you love to eat eat high fat meals on a daily or like to stuff a kebab down your throat on a Friday night after making yourself look a right gem on the dance floor (fat binders would probably be the last thing on your mind) then these tablets are your one way ticket freedom when it comes to food however if you're like me and don't really eat much fatty foods then these probably aren't for you as you don't want to extinguish all fat sources from getting into your body! There's cutting and then there's starving your body of the essential fats that it needs so don't be that guy or girl!

5I've always had hard times trying to burn that fat off my body. But Mr.Olympia look out because this is the real thing! Fat is screaming as I'm moving forward to my dream body. Effective binders
5I used to use Liposan Ultra for my cheat meals but they were only moderately effective at binding the fats but these Lipomyl seem much more effective even at half the dose (1 capsule). If you're using these two or 3 times a day then it will work out expensive but If you're eating healthy most of the time and keeping the fats low you can make these last if only using for cheat meals. Goes Well With:Carb blockers
