5I wasnt sure at first about these but i have to say in rhe first week i lost 4lbs. Ive ordered more and cant wait to see the weight drop off!!!!

Underwhelming
3There's no clear sign of the ingredient that supposedly binds with fat cells. It does make you eat out a lot more as you think, "I'll just have these tablets and I'll be fine". Can often put yourself in the wrong mentality when maintaining a diet. No weight loss when I used the 90tablets/10 day supplement and this was on a low calorie diet.Goes Well With:High fibre foods

Didn't notice any difference in 5 days.
2Used these for 5 days, diet is balanced but didn't notice any difference than what I was seeing before them. Won't buy again as the price tag is high for something I personally didn't find worked. Goes Well With:Water

Fat binder
5Only started yesterday morning and it already workin lm very very bad with binge eating between meals and after meals but since lm not eating in between meals and don't even crave for my chocolates at all so hoping it carries on workin and keep my tummy downGoes Well With:Water

Undecided, but I think they work
5Ever since I hit my mid-thirties fat has appeared around the mid region and now in my forties it seems to be even harder to shift then my teenage slacker of a son. However, in the last week or so I've been using these tablets and they do seem to work; whether it's a placebo effect or not I'm a little unsure. I don't feel as 'full' or as sluggish as I would normally feel after an evening meal. Only having these with an evening meal as breakfast is a protein cereal and lunch is salad, as these are rather costly to be wasting on a fat free lettuce. Definitely drink lots of fluid as the first night I didn't and had an upset stomach. Still, I'm the good side of forty and rather use to early morning strolls to the throne room. In short, so far so good. Now, only if Myprotein did something to shift slacker sons...Goes Well With:Steak... Seriously, drink lots of juice.

Amazing results even while I was on Holiday thumbs up!!!
5So I tried this while I was away on holiday and I must say this does truly work. Those cheeky fatty treats I had while I was away had no effect on my weight ha I was amazed at this. Of course the balanced diet also contributed to the pills effect. I will now be taking these with the same balanced diet and more exercise now I'm back. PS Drink lots of water these pills need that to make them work 4+ litres a day.Goes Well With:Lots of water Balanced Diet especially Low Fat/Carb Exercise Diet Whey

Fab product
4These have more benefits than listed. So I'm an average size 10-12 and wanted to drop a few pounds ready for a holiday, but I have a massive appetite so I find it difficult to do this alone. These pills make you feel so full! Usually I have breakfast at 6:30am and by 9am my stomach is screaming at me. But with these pills I didn't feel any Hungar until 1pm! Honestly I'm so happy with the product, I bought the 30 caps and I've just added the 90 to my basket :)
