Giant pills and hard to swallow - chew them instead :)
4It's better than powder when you are on the road and need to carry in your pill box. But DO NOT try to swallow. I almost choked. Chew them instead.Goes Well With:Any liquid

2product works well... if you can manage to swallow the giant tablets. uncomfortable to consume and made worse by the number you have to take. buy the powder.

4Great product but the only issue I had was the3 chalkiness of the tablets. I found them hard to swallow even with water and I am normally fine with large tablets. My way around this was to blend them in to a powder and add to my protein shake. It effects the taste slightly but it's not around long enough for me to worry about it.Goes Well With:Shakes

Take the powder form
3Take the powdered form Tastless, easy to consume, just add to liquid for breakfast, post workout and at bedtime. Same results no hassle.

5This product has enable me to work out longer and harder, with less muscle sore. This has let push my workouts harder!

4Works well but are a very big tablets that is hard to swallow due to it being very dry. This tablets are a must but not for people that find it hard to take them. a soft gel version would be great!Goes Well With:Water

4They seem to work well and have helped increase my muscle building and weight loss. The pills are a little on the large side and I found them quite hard to swallow, so I needed to take more water when trying to swallow them.

4I've been taking a few of these a day for a couple of weeks now and can genuinly say they're effective. Without them my arms/shoulder muscles would ache more. Effective and MyProtein value cheap price. Downside: Gigantic Chalky Torpedo Tablets.Goes Well With:Gallons of water to avoid choking
