L-Glutamine
5I have been taking these tablets for 2 weeks now, after exercise and just before bed. So far so good. It has helped a lot with recovery, gut issues and with sleeping.

4Very easy to takes at the start of they,quick and easy to swallow with some water Goes Well With:I prefer to have mine with water,takes less than 10 seconds per day! Would defo recommend

Actually works!
5I find this works better than the powder version. I’ve been taking it for a couple of weeks now and haven’t feel bloated once whereas I used to feel bloated everyday.

Improved gut function
5I’ve been ordering from MP for almost a decade, and can say that I’ve always returned from overpriced brands that don’t deliver. I’ve been struggling with my gut-influenced psoriasis for a while now, and after some research online I was directed repeatedly to L-glutamine. I thought I’d give MP a try, and I’m so glad I did. Aside from the obvious post-training recovery benefits, I’ve noticed a significant increase in my gut and bowel function on this product, leading to less inflammation and irritation from my psoriasis. Changed my life
5I find that the time of month and time of year (colder months) can really affect my weight and pile it on by up to 10lbs no matter what I eat or how I work out. In addition to this I also have a digestive illness, which all of this combined has lead me to feel really upset and hopeless about my weight. These L-glutamine pills have stabilised my weight which has changed me life. It’s been amazing to know that I’m finally the same weight/dress size through all the month. I find it’s helped immensely with my digestive issues, helping me become regular and hugely reducing my bloating. I’ve also found it’s aided in my weight loss. But this isn’t a miracle pill for losing weight, you need to ensure you’re eating healthy and working out. The pills themselves are quite large but you will get used to them. I can’t recommend them enough!!Goes Well With:Water, Coffee

2There is no way you could take these there just too big never mind 3 a day ,if it was sold in power form it would be alot better,i crush them down and mix with juice is ok as there is no taste

They have been working but are HUGE!!!
4I think I’ve been noticing a difference taking the tablets with my bloating! They are just so big it’s hard to take 3 at a time Goes Well With:Water

Works well
5I used to use the powder one and mixed with the protein shakes but found the tablet easier to use as you take whatever you want, even when you're at work easy to carry in a pill box. I really like it, it's good product.
