5I have suffered with bloating and digestive issues since I was a child , after lots of research on the internet about healing the gut and improving my immune system i thought it best to give this a try and wow my stomach is flat and I go to the toilet properly ..I take it with water on an empty stomach first thing in the morning as I fast till lunchtime anyway …..a week later and I am feeling the benefits ! Just ordered another bag to put in my travel bag as I could not be without this ..Goes Well With:Water

5This has to be the most effective Supplement ever!! I bought it to reduce bloating and fix my gut health, and it definitely did the job. I never bloat anymore and find my hunger cues to be a lot more regular. Goes Well With:I mix mine with cordial water. But I think it would go well with fresh juices as the taste wouldn’t be as prominent.
