First time I bought this, just want to give it a try. I've been having problems with my sleep after the hard training days. My white blood counts have dropped a bit as well. I mix it with my protein shakes and you can't taste anything. I tried it with just the water as well and it wasn't that bad. It definitely helps with my sleep that's for sure. Don't know about the white blood counts till the next blood test.
