5L Carnitine has to be used for at least 3 months before you start to see any benefits, so people coming on and saying they can see/feel benefits after a week are talking rubbish! Used properly it can be an awesome supplement with so many benefits. This is a must have!

1After reading peoples reviews for this product I thought this is what I need. After 3 days of taking them I have never experienced such a bad migraine and throwing up. Clearly my body just couldn't take to them but it seems to work for others!

4This L Carnitine worked quite well, mixed it with BCAA tablets at the beginning, had my stomach in a twist and was finding it hard to hold down my food after working out in the morning but eventually got used to it!

5Currently using L Carnitine whilst I am cutting in the combination with Thermopure and I feel there has been a good result. I generally feel more energetic and also leaner. Pills are slightly big, but they aren't exactly difficult to swallowGoes Well With:Thermopure

Low Blood Sugar
1Started taking this recently at the recommended dosage of 2 tablets 30mins before meals. It's made my blood sugar drop considerably shortly after and suffer from a hypoglycemic reaction, not very pleasant. Going try lowering the dosage and see how I react.

L'Carnitine
5I've been taking L Carnitine now for two weeks leading up to the London marathon and I have noticed a difference in energy and waist size. It's too early to say yet if the results will be long term but I will definitely not be giving up.

Dress size 24 to size12
5I cannot shout loud enough about how effective this amino acid is for weight loss and for energy boost. I have battled with my weight all my life even though I am fairly active. My mass loss has been quite remarkable from 18st to 11.5 over a 12 month period. I am often remarked upon on how my body shape has completely changed. Having done my home work this amino acid needs to be taken along with Omega 3 for it to work to it's potential. I wish I discovered this years ago.Goes Well With:Omega 3, CLA.
