5I used to use many different types of L-C's, but i can tell you: this one is really effective and extremly helpfull not just for my diet, even my recovery time is shorter as well! Im so satisfied with this lovely ass kickin product!Goes Well With: If you want to lose weight with green tea extract goes well.

Worth A Try
4This product was recommended to me by a personal trainer. I have so far lost 11 pounds in 2 months. Although i have no proof it if because of these tablets. I go to the gym 3 times a week for 2 hours at a time, and I eat reasonably healthy. If you are looking at them for weight loss, I'd probably say try dieting with them and some kind of work out. In terms of performance they are great. I take them half hour before I go gym and they really help! i also noticed if I am really hungry and take one it suppresses my hunger for about an hour and half which is really handy to stop me snacking on crisps etc. I started by taking 1 a day then slowly stepped it up. I now take 4 a day. I like them so much I've come back for a second tub of them. I would definitely recommend!Goes Well With:Whey Protein Shakes, Green Tea Capsules

5I have this as soon as I wake up in the morning and feel its keeps me full while I get myself to work where I eat breakfast. Also have this before a workout on an empty stomach! Goes Well With:CLA, Thermopure

OK supplement
4I got this L Carnitine for a friend of mine (female). It does what it says, she noticed concentration ups/downs, along with easier fat loss. It's almost tasteless, but smells a bit. It's a nice but not essential supplement, overall.
