5This is Acetyl L Carnitine, and NOT L Carnitine or L Carnitine Tartrate. Works on an empty stomach or add a scoop to preworkout. Can also enhance post workout recovery For use as a fat burner, use L-Carnitine Tartrate, post workout. Goes Well With:Creatine, Beta Alanine, Caffeine, pre workout

5There’s two most commonly used forms of Carnitine: acetyl l Carnitine (this one) and L-Carnitine tart. Alcar, has the advantage of working on an empty stomach, which makes it good for fasted cardio since as well as promoting fat loss, provides energy and is an anti catabolic. Add a scoop to your preworkout or creatine . As for post workout: take L Carnitine (with food). Goes Well With:For improved fat loss: caffeine, and choline

5Taste it not great however mixed with protein shake or cordial it’s ok Can’t comment on effectiveness as I take it with a few other supplements so can’t pinpoint which one or more makes the difference. I’ve lost fat therefore I’d say it’s working Funny though that there are no recent reviews for this product 🤔Goes Well With:Protein shake

Better mental focus and reduced body fat %
5The unflavoured version has a very tangy taste which I’ve come to enjoy- it’s like having a stick of sherbet - I will put about 3-4g in a small glass of water, stir and take as a shot. I’ve noticed huge improvements in my ability to focus at work and I’ve also been able to break through to single figure body fat percentage levels. I’ve been using alongside creatine, a keto diet and fasting. Would recommend for anyone looking for a brain boost or working hard to shredGoes Well With:Creatine and water

Acetyl Carnitine
5Having used both L-Carnitine and Acetyl Carnitine in pill form, I decided to get the powder, in an attempt to reduce the number of pill based supplements I take. I am now on a bulking cycle and this is the first time I’ve continues to use Carnitine other than on a cut. It’s working out well so far, helping to reduce the amount of carbs that turn to fatGoes Well With:Alpha men, ALA, Carnosine, DMAE, Creatine

4The product is pretty good I'm seeing my abs more and it think it works. Just drop it in your juice or protein shake and give it a good mix. Wish this came in pill form.Goes Well With:Protein shake.

Great stuff, best for absorption
5ALCAR has a strong sour taste (like lemon juice) which I personally like, but the quantities are small, so not a big deal. A really well absorbed version of carnitine that also crosses the blood brain barrier as a bonus.Goes Well With:Fruity sour stuff or water if you like sour tangy tastes.
