"Don't mix with water, mix with grapefruit juice or anything citrus. Mixes amazingly well and alongside a heavy weights programme and reduced cals helped me achieve a six pack which I could not manage before. \r\nA bit clumpy when it arrives so you have to break bits off, but a great product nonetheless"

Awful taste but a great supplement to take before any endurance sports

"I mix it with 100ml water - give it a little shake and its fully dissolved. Gives me a little more energy - but tastes NASTY, its got a lingering aftertaste - have to have some orange juice after drinking this stuff"
