4Does what it says on the packet. I found that two full scoops is 90g so I wouldn’t go with the 3.5 scoops that is recommend for 100g.

5Mixes very well , good taste similar to nesquik. Seen a lot of improvement since using this product.

4This supplement is really good I was 77kg last Christmas and now I’m 85kg and it’s august…I usually have it before my gym session and I take 2 large scoops instead of the 3 and half it says on the recommendation Goes Well With:It goes well with full fat milk (blue lid) water is also great.

Not a great taste
1I bought the matcha latte flavour as I've gotten bored of the vanilla nice been taking for the last half year however in my opinion the taste is absolutely vile and I'm having trouble finishing one shake let alone the whole 2.5kg bag. May be for some but definitely not for me.Goes Well With:A bin bag
