Curbs hunger like nothing else
5I bought the banana flavoured one and with water its not very nice but with milk and with a blender banana it is fine to drink. I've only taken it a few times so far after a workout but it stops me from being hungry for hours and hours and even when I do get hungry its not to the same intensity as it would be had I not consumed impact diet whey. I'm 5 days in my weight loss plan and although the scales are not showing anything, I'm convinced that my stomach fat is reducing. Goes Well With:Milk & blended fruit

Great as a meal replacer!!!
5I have been using this for a little over a week now and it mixes well (I have been using milk) and it does keep me full and stops me getting hungry between meals. The only suggestion i have is if you are buying for the first time or trying a new flavor, buy a small pouch first. I bought a 3kg pouch of the Strawberry shortcake flavor and at the moment i feel sick at the thought of having my shake because it is sooooooo sweet. I am actually considering buying another smaller pouch of a different flavor so i can keep using the product. Tomorrow i will try making some pancakes with the powder and water to try and find another way to take it.

Impact Diet Whey Chocolate
5Great Product, used it as a breakfast replacement and it was great felt full until lunch time, plus the protein content helped my after a workout helping with growth and repair overall a great product and I will be ordering it again and again 5*.Goes Well With:BCAA, Creatine and Instant Oats

Not ideal for me.
3I brought 3kg of chocolate, as I usually have the impact whey, but seeing as I'm in a 'cutting' stage I thought I'd try the diet whey.. With my 1st shake I found it to be bitty and wasn't sure on the taste either. I bared with the whole bag in the end and wasn't overly please it but decided I'd use all 3kg up just to see how it performed, Il admit I train fairly hard 4 times a week, eat very well but the protein wasn't cutting it for me.. My recovery had been poor throughout the duration. While having two shakes a day. Goes Well With:Instant oats for a breakfast shake.

Tastes and smells rank...
3Tried this for the first and last time, tastes and smells horrible with plastic banana taste and smells like stale dishwater, looks no better either. Mixes terrible and is grainy and not very palatable. Disappointed with this product as every thing else I have had from MP has been top quality.Goes Well With:Nothing I have tried.

Good
3Bought 2 3kg bags of impact diet whey in strawberry shortcake and vanilla cookie. The strawberry shortcake is delicious, the vanilla cookie not so good. I have one for breakfast and one for dinner, I have one healthy high in protein lunch and two healthy snacks. I weight train 4-5 days a week for an hour or so. In a week I've lost 1.4kg which is about 3lbs. The shakes are very filling. It comes with a scoop but it doesn't measure the right amount need it. MyProtein's large scoop which I bought separately is perfect, two loose scoops makes up the 58g needed. I make my shakes in a nutribullet, 2 loose scoops, 1 tbsp of myprotein almond butter, 250ml of milk or water and lots of ice. Water makes them watery, milk makes them nice and thick. Failed to see that they have sucralose so once I'm finished with them I won't be ordering again since I don't think sucralose is good for anyone. Goes Well With:Peanut butter, almond butter, milk

Doubled Choc Dieting
4The double chocolate flavor is by far the nicest, not too sweet but a perfect little chocolate hit for the mornings or pre-workout. This has really helped me cut out mid morning snacks by acting as a meal replacement, filling me up till lunch. Massive boost to my weight loss which had begun to plateau! Goes Well With:water, milk, dark choc almond milk

Did not like it!
2I usually buy the impact whey protein shake but I was trying to loose some weight and thought I would try the diet shake instead. The reviews were good but when I tried to mix it with the amount stated it was very thick and hard to swallow, I tried it with more water less powder and still didn't like it. Taste was ok but the texture wasn't good! I now have 1.5kg heading for the bin because I can't eat it!

Great Product
5I was slightly worried about using protein shakes but after a lot of research and reading reviews I bought some. I have mine just after a morning work out and I mix mine with water using the mini shaker and it mixed quite well with a bitty texture at first but after the first try but you get used to it and they taste great! Will definitely be purchasing again 5 stars!Goes Well With:water

Not chocolate and gritty
1Relied upon reviews when buying, but they let me down! Bought double choc. doesn't taste of double choc. Horrible flavor and smell, and the worst part is it is grainy and gritty. Not a good buy.
