5Absolutely LOVE this product, I bought my first (Double Choc) and when I first tried it I thought it was gross, I wasn't used to the texture or even having protein shakes but I am so glad I stuck with it, 5 shakes later as a meal replacement and I was over the texture, I actually started to like it and could feel the effects; feeling full, reduction in appetite afterwards, not needing/wanting to snack and the weight was flying off! Anyway now I am totally and utterly converted I have these every breakfast and lunch instead of the carb heavy foods I used to have with a healthy supper and I've lost so much weight, i wasn't particularly heavy before but now I am forever getting compliments and I have these to thank! I've retained my muscle and still have energy to play netball, go running etc. I have 4 flavours on rotation so I don't get bored but so far my favourite is Strawberry Shortcake. Chocolate Mint is a good starter shake, really love It, great texture and taste. Vanilla Cookie is slightly thicker and lumper than the others but still enjoyable. I'm bored of Double Chocolate now and am more satisfied with Choc Mint so probably won't order this again. I have Banana on order so hoping it has a great taste too! Make sure you get a shaker with a blender ball is my main suggestion and shake it at an angle! Goes Well With:As a meal replacement.

Double Chocolate
5The shake was very very thick so was difficult to drink. I think next time I will use 1 scoop instead of 2. But it tastes delicious! It is also very filling, I had one for breakfast at 9am - it is now 1pm and I am not hungry yet. I can't comment on the effectiveness as this is my first shake but hoping that, together with regular exercise, it will boost my weight loss as I am at a bit of a plateau. Goes Well With:Unsweetened Almond Milk

Double Choc Diet Whey
4The best thing about this shake is the taste. It tastes nicer than any other chocolate flavoured shake I've had from other places (I made mine with coconut milk). I mixed it in the blender after reading lots of other reviews about people finding them quite lumpy/bitty and this seemed to make it much smoother, although still slightly bitty. The reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because of how ridiculously thick the shake is. I'm practically eating it rather than drinking it. I don't know whether it could be because I made it in advance so it sat for an hour before I had it. I used the right measurements so I'm not really sure where I went wrong. It's so thick that you can't drink it through a straw. Next time I will make sure to use more milk than it says, or use 1 scoop instead of 2. I will also try mixing it as soon as I'm going to have it rather than in advance. Trial and error!Goes Well With:Coconut Milk

5This is the best protein i ever had.. 2 scoops for breakfast and 2 scoops after workout... Latte and Cookies & Cream.. Will never use any other brands.. BEST! Hopefully more choices of flavours like the normal Whey.. MyProtein FUEL YOUR AMBITION Goes Well With:Water plus ice and shake..

Easy to Drink - gives you your Chocolate fix!
4Review based purly on taste and 'drinkability'- Double Chocolate flavour. Read a few reviews before about the bittyness and not being smooth. However having popped a scoop into a blender with the advised ammount of milk, for less than a minute, took all the strain out of having to shake in the bottle for ages. The shake came out frothy and not one single bit to be found. I would advise still placing it in a protine shaker however as the formula can sit in the bottom if not drank all at once. The double chocolate flavour is great for getting that chocolate fix for the day and tastes great! Will be even happier with this product once I start seeing restults! One happy customer :) Goes Well With:Semi Skimmed Milk, balanced diet and hard work

Could be better
4Brought this for my partner and she is happy with the effectiveness of the product but thinks the taste could be better and we have found it doesn't blend as well as the normal impact whey but then that may be to be expected as the ingredients are slightly different.. Overall a good product

Vanilla Cookie
4Have only been using this product for 1 week so havent noticed any major results yet. I bought the vanilla cookie flavour, it is drinkable and not the worst protein flavour i've had. One thing though, vanilla cookie tastes 100% better with water than milk! This protein also tates better when mixed in a blender rather than shaken due to the bits in it. Separates very quickly so needs to be drunk as soon as made. Also can taste a bit slimey towards the end. But overall not a bad product taste wise however cannot comment on results!Goes Well With:Water

5I have been taking Impact Diet Whey for over a year now. I drink the shake after the gym (3/4 times a week). A healthy balanced dinner each night should be eaten- can't live on this alone! The shake staves off hunger for me and stops me snacking (hard in an office job where treats are all around!). At the end of the day I feel less bloated and I've not had the usual post- lunch energy crash. I don't find the powder 'bitty'- I shake well and just use a bottle mixer/shaker. You can use a blender to get the husks smaller, but not necessary. A friend once made a pancake using the mix which sounded good! I can recommend this product for those trying to lose weight as it does stop the cravings and you'll feel less bloated, feeling the difference after a few days!Goes Well With:CLA and Green Tea Extract
