5This Micellar Casein does exactly what it's meant to do. It curbs my hunger all through the night and I don't feel starving when I wake. On first trying this one I actually didn't like the texture too much but I've found that adding an extra bit of water makes it much smoother and enjoyable to drink.Goes Well With:Bedtime

does NOT mix
3This Micellar Casein is grainy, chalky and doesn't mix with a standard manual shaker. It's very unpleasant to drink, leaving powdery blobs in your mouth. It's rank but it seems to be worth taking. Goes Well With: yoghurt

Great taste and results
5Micellar casein tastes and mixes a lot better than milk protein and with great results on muscle soreness and energetic recovery! Defenitely my bedtime choice!Goes Well With:The chocolate flavour feels just right with hot milk, like a proper hot chocolate!

5I wanted to squeeze out that extra bit of recovery so picked this up in the 1KG resealable sachet of Micellar Casein for a 30 day test run. What can I say - the first night I used it, I woke up feeling much less sore, and pumped with my muscles feeling much more fuller. The price was slightly on the expensive side given that it doesn't include any BCAA's or precursors, but it did the job. It's a good buy, and recommended to anyone who lifts hard and needs that extra bit of recovery!Goes Well With:Glutamine, Whey Protein, ZMA (If using water)

Great product
4I am impressed with Micellar Casein. From the great taste (vanilla ), to the mixablity (no lumps) to leaving me full before bed. I would recommend this to anyone who is looking to up their protein intake .Goes Well With:Water or Soy milk

just before bed it's awesome
5I prefer this to calcium caseinate or the milk protein products as this one goes well with water and it has it's own shaker and tub in the bathroom. Just before I brush my teeeth, but drink it fast otherwise it congeals quickly. Simply top it up a tiny bit shake and drink quickly again.Goes Well With:ZMA (but take ZMA half an hour before)

4Micellar Casein tastes too sweet in my opinion, that is the only (minor) inconvenient, but I'm growing well so far.
