4This Micellar Casein is a great night time snack. I make mine and leave it in the fridge, and normally have it half way through the night, which is ideal for my hunger and for protein intake.

Unflavoured
4I strongly believe in taking a slow release protein before bed as I have seen the results (positive by the way!). This is the first 100% Micellar Casein product I have bought. Previously I used to eat cottage cheese before bed but it feels too heavy sometimes. I have also used Total Protein which is a multi source protein and has fast/mid/slow absorbing proteins which also worked well. The unflavoured version of this does not taste nice to drink and so next time I will be buying a flavoured one. Goes Well With:Water or Milk

Micellar Casein
4Great way to get a slow releasing protein in before bed. As with all MP products they are a lot cheaper than the branded makes and pretty much the same. I've read some reviews on here about the mixability not being great, so what? The aim of the game with casein is to get the slow releasing protein into your body before sleep, just get it down your neck!! If you want a tasty smooth milkshake then go to McDonalds! Goes Well With:Greek yogurt

nice taste
4The strawberry flavor of the Micellar Casein is nice and doesnt taste artificial. Not very smooth but I like it. It is easy to mix with the bottle blender from the same web site. It contains great protein amounts. Goes Well With:milk/water

5I've been using Micellar Casein for over a month and can't fault it. Taste is great, mixes well, doesn't leave any foam and no bits. A must if anyone wants to up their protein intake. A great casein for bedtime. Goes Well With:water, soy milk.

Overall Good Stuff
4The MyProtein Micellar Casein is a good product at a good price. I got the unflavoured version and it was ok, especially if you are the type of person who would just throw the shake down regardless (like me). It is a little gritty when mixed but is one of the more effective Micellar Casein's I've used. I will be using it in the future.Goes Well With:Water / Milk

Chocolate flavour Micellar Casein
5Micellar Casein is great for consuming before bed for a slow release of protein throughout the night. I opted for the chocolate flavour to give it a try, in terms of flavour it's actually OK which I was pleased with. It isn't too strong of a flavour which would be sickly. In terms of consistency, it's really thick, which for me personally takes a while to consume. Overall I am pleased with my purchase and will look to continue my supply of casein. I would also recommend to purchase a scoop as it doesn't come with one.Goes Well With:Milk

4Micellar Casein is worth the money, it mixes great, tastes okay but the taste doesn't really bother me. The deliveries have been amazing! I will be ordering all my supplements here from now on.
