I have been combining this with protien as well as Creatine EE HCL. I have noticed a massive difference in the gym (and in front of the mirror!) lol.

5"I've now been taking this product for 7 weeks ,it arrived 3 days after ordering it. I've been taking it alongside creatine monohydrate and while I was sticking to my diet i started getting ripped within 4-7 days noticeable difference,but the last 3 weeks over christmas i've stayed the same because i've ate like c*ap. But my strength has improved a lot over the full 7 weeks but thats probably due to the monohydrate. I recommend it but only if your going to eat sensibly."

5it wont replace hard work and a good diet but it will reduce recovery time and breakdown a bit. As a review of MP - excellent the product in it's most basic form at the most competitive price with the least sci fi bullsh1t - well done. Taste - come on - any medicine that works has to taste bad.

5"I'm a first time buyer on this site & ordered this and creatine on Sat 5th Sept 09 and it came on Tues 8th Sept so good shipping(i went for the cheapest to see how long it would take) will let you all know how it goes and everyone says the HMB has bad taste, It's not bad to be honest you can hardly taste anything and creatine is taste free good good!!"

5you get used to the taste and this is dead cheap compared to what ther companies knock this out for - good stuff

"OK, This stuff tastes vial no way around that. If you can keep it down mixed with water you are a better man than me. I have found that mixing it in with a protein shake works well. Mixing with grape or orange juice also works but you still get the after tatse in your mouth. Just tried the berry blast that is designed for this and it works wonders. A worthy investment unless you like gagging. Lasts for ever and well worth the money"

Have been taking this product for a few weeks now and am pleased with the results. My recovery times are great and i have more lean muscle. Seems to have improved my anaerobic endurance. The only problem is the taste

4"I've been using it for a while and it seems to last me forever! Fast recovery and very little DOMS, as well as retained mass when cutting are some of the benefits I have experienced. \n\nI do wish the packaging was a little better though, mine came with some powder sealed in the top section which spilt out when I opened it."

"i brought it as a friend said it's great during a 'cut' as i always tend to lose mass aswell as fat, so i tried it, and it dramatically lowered/stopped breakdown, and i seen some strength gains when i used it when in a 'bulk' phase as well! just ordered more!"
