4Brilliant and worthy product, especially for the price. Even when mixed with water alone I'd still say it's very close to tasteless, however when mixed with juice it's not tasteless at all. It mixes very well in a shaker. I haven't been using it quite long enough yet to comment on effectiveness yet but all in all, it's a great product!Goes Well With:Water/juice/whey!

Mix with post shakes
5My protein shakes that I take during the Day consist of just one scoop of protein with 50/50 milk and water. However pre/mid/post workout shakes I mix them with all kinds of stuff. I mix this with a mid and post workout shake. It is a very fine dust is the only issue, just be aware.

5I use this product first thing in the morning with my pre workout ,once I finish my workout, and at night time (with casein). As I have only just started using it it is too early to see results although I have noticed a slight decrease in my bodyfatGoes Well With:beta alaine, glutamine, creatine & water fruit juice

Great supplement
5Brilliant supplement! I've been taking it for 2 weeks and have been able to add 10kg to my bench and 5kg to a shoulder press. Very impressed. Would recommend for those looking to build strength.

4After taking this product for 2 weeks I do feel a lot fuller and pumped up, which is a great feeling. The one downside is that the taste is horrendous, but if you take it with a fruit juice it's not that bad. Would definitely recommend trying it.

4- Taste is the worst I have ever had but you get used to it. Just stand by the sink the first time you try it - I warned you. - Only way to mix it in is to put in the shaker and go nuts. - Early days yet, but can help when taken pre and post workout. As well as morning and night. - Fairly well priced supplement but not an essential one. Goes Well With: Glutamine.

4I just got my order today. I'm going to try 10g a day and I'll let you know the outcome. One thing I can say for sure is it smells strange.

"Got this delivered along with some hurricane and creatine and as always it arrived on time with no problems. Be careful opening the pouch as this is very fine powder and tends to float out everywhere. It tastes fairly rank but I expected this from other reading other reviews, but it isnt half as bad as some people make it out to be.. i just mixed it with some hurricane and threw it down the hatch. Also mixes well with orange juice. Performance wise i thought the HMB really worked. I didnt notice much difference for a week or so but after that i felt recovery time was greatly reduced and also saw some good strength gains. obviously you're gonna have to train hard as theres no substitute for that!! I would recommend this to anyone but to see gains take at least 10 or 15 grams split throughout the day mornings and evenings"

"Ok got my 250g pack today and just want to post my quick pre-review of my first impressesions. Smell / Taste is not the best the only way to describe it is ""Feet"" haha you'll see when you open yours. Its an ultra fine power to watch out when you open your pack it will go everywhere! Will post a review in few weeks on the acutal restuls :)"

"Been taking this for 2 weeks now. Havent really had any gains from it. I take this along with protein and carbs. Then zinc & mag at night. Havent gained anything in the way of strength. Also a recent study shows that hmb can lower protein metabolism in the body. Therefore reducing lean gains. From trying this stuff out im starting to think that may be true. Anyway, i love the products by myprotein."
