Few weeks in.
4After a few weeks I don't know if these green tea extract tablets are doing anything, but I can safely say that I am continually losing weight in a safe way.

5I started taking the green tea extracts once a day in the morning to help with energy levels etc and my god can you tell the difference! I’ve never looked back since! Goes Well With:Ashwaganda

5I've been using this for about 2 weeks, I'm not sure if it is effective for weight loss, but it does seem to control my appetite to some degree.
