"I have bee using this product for a few month and found it to be very good in two ways, I find it great for suppressing my appetite and also find it stepped up my metabolism. A great aid to a weight loss program. Might not be for everyone my wife found it upset her stomach and had to stop taking but for me it has done a great job."

"Have used this whole product once before now and I've just gone back into a cutting phase and it's one of the 1st supplements I ordered again. Found it to be a really good aid into my diet, allowing me to get a small energy boost alone with my other supplement through-out the day and also get the benefits of antioxidants into my system."

Great product. I've been drinking green tea for some years now and the tablet form just makes it even easier. I always feel more energetic when taking these - especially when I team them with a cup of Vitalife Matcha. Would highly recommend.

"I always give a fair trial before adding a review, however after about 8 weeks I have noticed no difference. I already drink green tea the real way, so maybe that has something to do with it, however I train MMA 4 times a week and do weights twice a week so was expecting to see some sort of improvement in my recovery etc. Regarding immune system, ironically, I got my first cold of the year the second week of taking these!"

"This product does not work, can't think why there is so much praise of it from the other reviews? I have taken lots of these types of 'green' products and must say that this is not a wise purchase."

"Hey, I've just started my cut and bought a tub of these Mega Green Tea Extract capsules. I thought they would be green but they are brown, none the less they are completely tasteless and alot more pleasant than drinking 7 cups of green tea! Really good idea, very easy to consume, its only 1 capsule a day."

"I got these capsules because I read in different fitness mags that they help reduce DOMS and training fatigue, and after 3 weeks of using them I can clearly say it works, at least for me! Not sure about the weightloss though, I think the ones with caffeine would probably work better for that, but then I didn't look out for that kind of effect."

"With stats like that, it can't fail to be a good product.\n\nHowever, those with a sensitive stomach should be warned that it can be quite harsh and for me it has occasionally caused sudden bouts of nausea a couple of hours after it is taken (no idea why the delay, though)."
