Nice Addition
4I decided to try Mega Green Tea Extract as part of my regime as I have drank green tea and taken a similar supplement in the past which I felt gave an edge to my energy and also seemed to help digestion/bloated tummy. I have been taking this along with Impact Diet Whey.Goes Well With:Impact Diet Whey

4I've been buying this Mega Green Tea Extract for probably two years now so it's hard to rate effectiveness as I can't remember what it was like to not take them! However, if you're buying this you know about the benefits that green tea offers and this product is a very effective way to take in a large amount of green tea quickly and simply. I take one tablet every morning (or sometimes two if I feel a detox is in order!) if you mess up the swallowing it can leave you with an interesting taste at the back of your throat, I take mine with a strawberry protein shake which over powers any bad taste/flavour! All-in-all, I can't see you finding a better alternative and unless you really love drinking green tea it makes no sense to drink it when you can take one simple tablet and benefit immediately. Goes Well With:I take it along side Alpha Multi-Vitamins

5It's my 2nd time using the Mega Green Tea Extract, and I have to say it is simply great. It's easy to swallow, and does the job of helping you drop the pounds (if you take it with a good diet and the right amount of exercise). Goes Well With:Impact whey protein

Mega Green Tea Extract
5These capsules obviously work for some and not others, however it has worked very well for me. I started using them a few months back while on a cutting period for a month and it worked very well with a good diet at stripping the fat off my gut. Due to a busy time at work I was unable to go the gym for 3 months but i continued to take the mega green tea, I thought I would pile on the weight but with the help of the capsules I have managed to still keep the weight off! A word of warning: Usually, I take these capsules with my breakfast, this enables me to eat small meals more frequently as my metabolism goes through the roof! However... one day without thinking I took one without food, and because they are so strong within about 20 minutes I vomited it all back up and felt terrible. Lesson learnt: take them with or just after food and you'll never look back!Goes Well With:I found taking just after porridge worked well to line the stomach
