Amazing
5I was recommended this by a lady in the gym after talking to her about my EDS type 3. It's a connective tissue disorder affected by Collagen/protein with lots of other things thrown in. I have torn the cartlidge again in my hip and after taking just one a day, after 2weeks the pain is so much less it's a bit of a miracle if I'm honest! Cheap as anything, no flavour doesn't matter it's a pill, and just once a day. No complaints what so ever I'm just glad I was told about them it's been life changing and I recommend them to everyone

Excellent product
5I recently started running, bulked too long and got fat af. Anyways that's beside the point. Knees got awful weak (arms were heavy). lol jk. In all seriousness the product help relieve pain big time. I have been taking it for about two weeks now and it has worked wonders. Literally all the pain has dissipated. And for those who care, yes the running paid off I'm no longer chubby. Though strength is gone. Would recommend.Goes Well With:Us select group of dipsticks who think running is a good form of cardio.

Really good product
5I started to take these when I started to run again as I suffer with shin splints and have always suffered with joint problems in my knees and ankles. I found since taking these there is less pain

5I cannot be sure whether it helped me, but there is no pain in the ligaments now. I am 5 weeks before the Europeans and there is no better time to get rid of the pain. Thank you MyProtein for the supplement. The price is gorgeous as well)

Really effective
5My GP recommended that I try glucosamine for the osteo-arthritis in my knees. After just two weeks, the condition is much improved. I am amazed and delighted, as I can continue to take long walks - my preferred form of exercise.

Glucosamine tablets
5I started taking these as I have joint pain in my hip which hinders my training and so far I feel that they are making a difference. I haven't been using them for that long but I do feel that the joint pain is starting to lessen. Great price too. Goes Well With:Water
