Works wonders for my knee
5I have really bad knee pain when exercising and after just over a week of taking these, it’s much easier to exercise and lift loads without pain.

Started off dubious
4I wasnt hoping for to much with these vitamins but was recommended to give them a bash as my knees have been really hurting after running ( I'm 39) I've been taking for a month alongside a healthy diet and have really noticed an improvement in how supple all my joints are now and I dont have half as much knee pain while I'm running ( I do short and long distance) I'll definitely be purchasing again Goes Well With:Collagen capsules Magnesium and zinc capsules

5Taken these for a few weeks and already notice the difference. I had / have sore knees when I bend down. But these seem to help

Good so Far...
4These arrived really quickly and good value for money. I was waking up with stiff ankles and pain around my knees after exercising and I think these are starting to help with that :-)

Sleeping better
5I've suffered with bad hip joints for a while and have struggled sleeping on either side, since taking these I've noticed my sleep quality improving due to less pain in my hips - long may it continue

Can't argue with results
5Had struggled with a dodgy knee for about 18 months on and off. Tried resting for extended periods. My physio suspected it is/was patellar tendonitus... recommended exercises to build up strength in knee all with mixed results. Have been taking these tablets for about 3 months now and noticeable improvements which means I don't dread leg day any more. Goes Well With:Water, food

4Neutral taste, easy to take. I usually take these post-workout to help with joint health. I have been taking them daily in the morning. Good value for the number of tablets, although I am unsure how much better glucosamine HCL and Chondroitin tablets are considering the price difference. Goes Well With:Post workout
