"Had an old Rugby injury, my left knee which use to casue me all sorts of pain going to the gym and doing some cardio. since I've started taken these around the 2nd week mark I've noticed my knee to not hurt or flare up as much which has been a welcomed relief due to the fact that I now can do cardio without it aching for days after. good product but a little pricey for what it is. Would recommend though as its a definite improvement."
