Sceptical as always, I thought this MP MAX Joint Plus wouldn't do much... but it actually works really well. Why doctors don't dish this out when all the active ingredients are safe and proven to work is a mystery to me, but hey, it fixed my knee and was relatively cheap so I'm very pleased. As for everyone talking about flavour - it is a pill. You swallow it. If you can taste it then you are doing it wrong.

Excellent product didn't think its that good

Started playing American football and gym few weeks ago, my knees started hurting really bad and I couldn't squat or bend my legs at all. Even walking would hurt. Been taking this only for one week and feel so much better already. Only hurts if I squat all the way down until I can't go no more. Hopefully I will get better soon. Great product.

Water, food and fish oil.

Leave it in your mouth too long and it can have a bad taste, but it's a pill so it shouldn't be a factor. It's the same colour, shape and partially smell as Alpha Men. It helps joints and improves flexibility.

MP MAX Joint Plus has been pretty effective in reducing joint pain for me and I've been able to lift a bit heavier without pain since I've started taking it. It doesn't taste nice though and for the first few days it caused me some minor digestive problems.

I dislocated my shoulder and started taking MP MAX Joint Plus to aid recovery. You could really tell when you forgot to take this in a morning, the pain and discomfort would really increase. This really helped my recovery.
