5Good way of getting in omega 3 if you don’t like fish doesn’t smell but if taken on empty stomach can get fish burps

I couldn’t go back
5Since taking these supplements, I have noticed my hair feels glossier, I sleep better and I feel less anxious. I couldn’t go back to not taking them. My protein offering the larger quantity also means you do not have to worry about re ordering for a while.Goes Well With:I take the omega 3 with B12 supplements, also from Myprotein!

Worked a treat for me!
5I piled on a lot of weight after a car accident 12 years ago and then a promotion at work which left me sitting at my desk for the majority of my day for around 7 years. Needless to say, my joints suffered badly from lack of movement, extra strain from the weight and aging in general. I'm a lot lighter now but was left with 'crunchy' knees which hurt going down stairs, etc. I tried other supplements, exercise, you name it and nothing worked. I've been taking these alongside Glucosamine Sulphate for a month now and the difference is nothing short of amazing. Would recommend to anyone having issues like mine. Goes Well With:Any drink.
