5They of course won't taste good so swallow as one with water, I'm not too sure of the effects of the pill but I try to at least take 1 a day and I'm sure that they're good for you.

5Reasonable sized pills. Smooth coating so they are easy to swallow. Really helped with joint pains over the years.

4I take these daily and really only because I've heard and researched over the years that they are really good for you and will support a lot of internal bodily functions, supporting relaxation of arteries and helps any inflammation among other things.... I've never felt different in a positive or negative way through taking these and they have a very fishy after taste.Goes Well With:Goes well with water... gors down nice but always have fishy burps an hour or so later

Very good tbh
5Yeah, the fish oil smelt and tasted a bit odd but you just got to get used to it it’s actually pretty good and it is effective it’s helped with my gym work allot and I’ve gotten allot stronger and am freer from injury Ngl. Btw I’m not a bot im bein serious would a bot say Sym stfu kys no so listen.Goes Well With:Water and food
