Been taking these 3 times a day(3 pills at a time) for the past week and half. Obviously there are no signs yet of increased muscle but i have noticed i get an extra boost during training to push out the extra reps. Ill definatly keep taking these for as long as they are effective

"I purchased the 270 tablet bottle a week ago, and have been taking 3-5 tablets pre, inter and post-workout, with my whey/maltodextrin shake. Haven't noticed gains in strength as of yet, but I have noticed that I do not suffer from DOMS, I may feel a little sore the next day but by the day after when I go back to the gym (as I do a 3 day split), I have completely recovered! I completely recommend this product, especially for people who do more intense exercise such as those on a 4-5 day split as it reduces recovery time by half! Another advantage is that being in capsule form you do not have to endure the taste of unflavored BCAA powder, and it is convenient and portable to carry, keeping your amino acid level high throughout the day! However one downside is that 270 capsules, even 90 will get used up VERY quickly. Next time I will be buying BCAA powder, with MP Berry Blast flavoring, as that masks the taste completely, and will last much longer than tablets! Good job MP"

"Im into my first week taking 3 tablets four times a day evenly spread out. Take them after my shakes. Tablets look big but are easier than i expected to swallow. Too early to see any real changes yet but recovery after a heavy session is already easier. Excellent product. Only think I would say is the cap on the bottle could be better, its always popping open (not good in the gym bag). Thats just a minor gripe so if you put them in you kit bag just bag up the bottle."

"Have tried these for around 3 weeks now and weeks 2 and 3 I have seen continuous gains in strength and noticeable results each week. Obviously this is going to be a combination of things working together correctly, but only since taking these has it all come together at a rapid rate. Highly recommend."

"Like a lot of supplements - what works for one may not work for another. I think that these do work and would suggest trying them once. I've gone from 15stone 9 to 15stone in a month. They make you train harder, keep you focused and help you grow. I rate them and am a regular user. For best results get the 270 tab bottle. Take 3 in a morning, 3 difrectly before and after training and 3 before bed. If you get the smaller tub it won't last a month taking them like this."

I was a bit skeptical bout these pills thinking they could be just a gimick but they are good! I have been taken 3 pills 3 times a day and I have I have noticed an improvement in mass. Ordering a second bottle now! : )

Just started using BCAA's so need more time to see results. But so Impressed with the service. Ordered The bcaa's oat 4pm wed and they came 2pm on thursday. Quality service.
