Brilliant product! been taking an 8g dosage with my pre-workout shake and I have noticed major differences in performance during my workouts. This has also helped me get some pretty amazing gains. I would recommend this product to anyone who is serious about building (and maintaining) muscle mass.

"Been using this for the most part of about 2 years now - Can't recommend it enough, wouldn't change to any other product, I take these before my workout and after, I also take them in the morning and before I go to bed, I've seen great lean gains throughout. Highly recommended product."

"Have used the whole product twice now, the caps are a little big but once you get used to taking them you'll be fine. Also with x4 servings a day with x5 caps a time you'll get good at taking caps but as I say they do work well and I found lean mass gains and cutting of my abs were to of the plus features of this product."

I have started taking these 3 a day before my workout then I don't take any after. I cant say about the effectiveness of them but what I do worry about is I am fairly sure that since I have started taking them I have been getting night sweats every night and in the morning my girlfriend complains about the sweat smell on the bedding. It is strong smelling so I cant blame her for not being particularly happy! This has only started since I have started training and to be fair it could be the whey protein impact blend I take but I doubt that... Was just wondering whether anyone else has noticed this?

was a bit sceptical about what they claimed but These are great for recovery they help loads with repairing muscle after training. soreness and stiffness is hardly noticable when I have taken these compared to when I didnt take them. excellent product overall.

"Amazing product! would recommend to any weight trainer. Doms are no longer a problem! I've heard people claiming to have strength gains which i haven't at all, but just for the recovery and quicker lean gains you get its worth every penny! Very easy to take, no vile taste from the tabs like other products ive tried and one of the cheapest!"

"Been training for about 7 years, usually just consuming a whey shake mid/post training. Decided to give these a go after being recommended by some mates. Best supplement I've purchased, probably ever! DOMS is no where near as bad. Also take 5 tabs before football and rugby, and have made a noticeable difference. Legs tend not to feel as heavy. Definitely worth buying!"

Been having bcaa+ for 2 weeks nearly feel alot better after intense workouts would recommend to anyone the only thing is iv noticed they've made my stomach quite queezy and make me fart alot haha anyone else get this reaction or is it just me ..?

Been taking these 3 times a day(3 pills at a time) for the past week and half. Obviously there are no signs yet of increased muscle but i have noticed i get an extra boost during training to push out the extra reps. Ill definatly keep taking these for as long as they are effective

"I purchased the 270 tablet bottle a week ago, and have been taking 3-5 tablets pre, inter and post-workout, with my whey/maltodextrin shake. Haven't noticed gains in strength as of yet, but I have noticed that I do not suffer from DOMS, I may feel a little sore the next day but by the day after when I go back to the gym (as I do a 3 day split), I have completely recovered! I completely recommend this product, especially for people who do more intense exercise such as those on a 4-5 day split as it reduces recovery time by half! Another advantage is that being in capsule form you do not have to endure the taste of unflavored BCAA powder, and it is convenient and portable to carry, keeping your amino acid level high throughout the day! However one downside is that 270 capsules, even 90 will get used up VERY quickly. Next time I will be buying BCAA powder, with MP Berry Blast flavoring, as that masks the taste completely, and will last much longer than tablets! Good job MP"
