5started using this during workouts alone and felt I could push on more and have more energy throughout my workouts. I started drinking it in the day too and it has helped recover muscles after my workouts and leaving me feeling more energetic, also helps minimise aching the day after! Especially on a leg day! Goes Well With:Water

A very unique product
5this is the first time i tried BCAA.. it is very effective and different from the usual whey protein. moreover, i choose the berry blast flavour which is amazing!! try it and you will love it.Goes Well With:fruit juices

BCAA 4:1:1 is decent
4Pretty good product, but the taste is quite bad and strong so should be mixed with something that can mask the taste such as orange juice.

MIXES WELL, TASTES GOOD, DOES THE JOB!
5The powder mixes well, far better than other brands I have tried. I have the berry blast flavour and it tastes good leaving no strange after taste which I have experienced with other brands. Goes Well With:Whey protein

5I have tried a few different ways of taking BCAA's and this has been by far the easiest. Easy mix, tropical tast just makes it taste like a glass of squash, and since taking this alongside a few of my other myprotein supps I have cetainly noticed an improvement in visiable gains.Goes Well With:Impact whey Isolate Plus (not mixed together)

5I don't have too much time from when i get this product but i feel the results on training from the begining. It's very good to recover after an intense training, helps me to exceed in armwrestling. In the future i'll be interested to buy myprotein suppliments for sure! The quality of product is good and about mixability i give only 4 stars because the pouder it's too soft and remains some bubbles after mixing :). Thanks!

5I'm not in the first flush of youth but greatly enjoy weight training non the less. What research I've done suggests that the 4:1;1; ration of B.C.A.A.s is ideal for helping to prevent muscle loss in the older trainer. Since I've been taking these (i use the powder) my recovery time and energy levels have both improved. Another advantage is that it's easy to ensure a good protein intake if your appetite or circumstances prevent a large dietary protein intake.Goes Well With:I have no problem with mixing it with water. I use the unflavoured variety and find that the taste isn't that bad at all and doesn't seem to linger anyway. It also mixes well if add to shakes and smoothies.

5I recently bought these and in the few months ive been using them i have noticed my recovery time has been halved. My ovrall strength has increased too which was the main reason for getting these.Goes Well With:Water
