Makes a difference !
5I have found using this product definitely makes a difference in speeding up recovery and also strength gains during workout. The berry Burst flavour blends really well in the Strawberry "the whey" protein powder with milk. Goes Well With:The Whey ,,Strawberry flavour protein powder

4Works really well doesn't mix up well in just a glass of water but works well in a mixer bottle, also mixes well with other powdersGoes Well With:Impact protein

It dosnt mix at all
2It dosnt mix at all. I've tried everything and it just stays like a dry powder and floats on top of whatever I've tried mixing/shaking it into.

Smells horrid/tastes artificial
1Really disappointed with this. The smell is rotten, doesn’t really taste of tropical. If anything, tastes very very artificial

Great stuff
5Although it is true that it tastes awful, you quickly get used to the taste. I shake like crazy with a concentrated squash or whey and water and I barely notice the taste after a week. Seems to have a noticeable and positive difference to training. It’s a really fine powder so it’s taken a little while to get used to handling it so that it doesn’t cover the kitchen. I don’t keep the measure in the bag as it disappears into the powder every time.
