So far so good.
5I havent completd a month taking the pills, but so far so good. Thesr pills + my diet is helping me mass gain which for a person with high metabolism as me is great news. I have t lost the wight gained and my body is looking in better shape

4I don't give a five stars only because the pills are so big and I have to cut them with my teeth. But they are excellent to protect your muscles

Amazing effects!!!!
5Using this supplement have quickly effected me in the gym. I have been using this for 2 weeks now and I have noticed a decrease in pain the day after a workout. This supplement invreases the repair of your muscle fibres and helps your muscle endurance. These tablets also give you a lot more energy before and after a workout. I take 2 pre workout and 2 post workout and I think this is the perfect dosage needed for this supplement, I would 100% recommend this!!!!!!Goes Well With:I use creatine with this for that little bit more of energy and repair in the gym and I am seeing amazing effects.

Great Product
5Just started taking these again, they really make a difference especially shredding and strength. I take them before, during and after. Tables are very difficult to take, they're huge. ***My Protein- make them in the dissolvable capsules for ease of swallowing!!!

BCAA great product!
5I have tried many supplements and proteins over the years, but have not had the results that I'm having now after discovering MyProteins branched chain amino acid tablets.
