5Great way of getting a quick caffeine boost. Taste was quick sour but who cares when it's only a 60ml shot. Goes down a treat and gives me a real good energy boost before my workout without having to have all the other ingredients that are in a pre workout.

Works Brill
5I had this about an hour before going to the gym and it works, it gives you the extra energy boost to smash through your cardio that everyone hates. I would highly recommend this item :)

Great energy hit before exercise
5This really gives you a caffeine hit. It tastes a bit like concentrated red bull and the ingredients seem to back it up, since it has Taurine and Caffein in it.

This is strong
5I am a regular coffee drinker but this is much stronger than I expected. I was in the middle of my workout and I decided to give it a shot - man I was in Fast Forward mode in a minute or two. I will use it as a morning coffee replacement in the future. Goes Well With:The training
