Wee bottle of energy
5I bought the energy shots to see if they would boost me in my cardio workouts. Used one today and wow! Have walked the dog, done my cardio workout without feeling completely knackered. So far so good!

Energy in a bottle
5I've been training for a half marathon for the last 10 weeks. I discovered your web site and started looking for a energy / caffeine drink to give me a bit of a boost. I found your energy shots and thought I'd give them a go. Brilliant!! Now it may have been at a point in training where things come together but the first time I tried them I ran a new PB at our park run . I just felt that little something extra in the legs and a positive feeling in the head! I have used them at the start of each training run and last Sunday before the half marathon and each time I have been getting quicker. 2hr 3mins. So pleased with that. Not bad for a 58 yr old granny to be. Just about to order my next box.

My Protein Energy Shots
5[Too long didn't read] - Amazing product, better than other pre-workouts I've had, little bitter but would strongly recommend for someone who wants to do more and feel amazing. I am fairly new to the gym scene, I've been going around 5-6 times a week since November 2016, one thing I noticed was that half way through a routine I'd not have much energy to finish efficiently. I decided to try pre-workout (the stuff sold at my local gym), pre-workout did work quite well, it gave me that boost I needed, however I didn't really need all of the extra chemicals it had in it. I then decided to purchase some 'Caffeine Pro' from MyProtein, it had around the same effect I was pleased with the purchase. I thought I would stick with these as it didn't have the extra chemicals, however I saw on Instagram about a week later, these energy shots. Saw it didn't really have any unneeded chemicals so I got a box, first time I took it, it worked extremely well, the second time, now this is the main story I felt absolutely amazing, I felt I could do anything. My usual leg day routine takes about 30-40 minutes to complete including rests ect and I was usually drained by the end. After taking this that day it took me about 15-20 minutes and I felt like I could do more, so I did. I tried a new leg exercise and did another set on everything on my routine. I would've loved to have done more however time was my enemy. I would honestly strongly recommend this product, the flavor in my opinion isn't the best thing I've had a little bitter, however you just shot it anyway and its fine. I think I can say its the best product I've purchased thus far.Goes Well With:On it's own.

Great Product.
5Love this product, i take a bottle first thing in the morning, and keeps me going till the evening, better then most energy shots that i have tried and i have tried loads. its full of vitamins and amino acids, its in liquid form so it works better then pills for people like me with digestive problems. unlike other energy shots these do not give me headaches. i highly recommend them. Goes Well With:i take them with my breakfast, usually some fruit.

Very effective
5Tutti Frutti flavour tastes fantastic (like Calpol), gives the buzz as expected, but it is quite short lived, so take a bit closer to exercise than recommendedGoes Well With:By itself

Tastes okay, lacks the boost
3Tastes good, a little strong on the back of throat but fine. Sadly it does not give any sort of energy as I have experienced from other pre workout products such as thermopure tablets.

Little Shots of Excellence
5Excellent little shots that gave me that extra energy that I needed to complete my workout, took it 45 minutes before my classes. Would thoroughly recommend these.

Energy Shots
4I am pleased with this product as for me I do get up early in the morning to do my exercise. I have been using the small bottles of Energy Shot bottles for a few months now and I am pleased with this product. When I have taken the shot, my energy levels are raised shortly after drinking. This is vital as it stops me getting back into bed and not exercising.
