5I'm on Keto diet so these tablets are great for making sure I've got plenty of electrolytes and no leg cramps.

Cramp gone
5I was suffering with cramp In my calf’s and top thigh from training after taking these for three weeks I’ve a marked improvement had no cramp at all and as a bonus my shoulder pain I was feeling has eased dramatically which could also be down to the L’arganine I’m taking but was taking this for two weeks prior with no improvement but still recommend this product highly Goes Well With:L’arganine

A DEFINITE MUST HAVE
5Bought these tablets 2 and a half weeks ago and already feeling the benefits. Active gym go-er and suffer from low potassium. These tablets have definitely made a difference to training. No longer suffer from water retention and don’t feel tired as much. Only criticism is their taste. Great value for money. Goes Well With:Water

Electrolyte plus
5I have used these for the past few years during my hard training sessions and my ultra marathons. Quick and easy to use and very effective to replace all of those important electrolytes that you lose during long hard training sessions due to sweat. I used to get cramp quite a lot and because I sweat a lot there was always the salt visible on my face but since taking these I have never had cramp since I do still have the salt visible on my face but feel a lot better after taking these tablets.

Sufficient salt
5Great product. Helps me to maintain my salt levels without looking bloated. Obviously, it is tasteless but the good thing is that there is no aftertaste which present in similar products from competitors.Goes Well With:Active lifestyle, especially in the heat. Take plenty of water with it!

No more cramps
5I'm a runner, but am new to swimming. I was finding that on every swim I was experiencing lower leg cramps. Thought I'd try these to see if they would help. I can now swim much further and exert more effort with my legs without suffering cramps. So these seem to work for that. Can't comment on anything else about them. As they are tablets, taste and mixability are irrelevant hence the 1 star rating.
