It works for foot cramping
5I'm a keen swimmer but always had to stop after 10 or so lengths because of foot cramps, now I can double that before I even start to feel them which equals a quicker workout as I'm not wasting time or warming down in the water and having to warm up again.

Value Electrolyte
4I used to use an electrolyte tablet from another company, but they stopped making it. These Electrolyte Plus tablets were the nearest alternative I could find. They appear to work just as well and are cheaper, so I'm happy. I use them when cycling. I normally have one tablet before going out, then split another one in half with a tablet cutter (they are a bit crumbly, but split fairly well using a sharp blade) and have them at intervals during my ride.

Very effective
5I'm hypothyroid so have problems absorbing minerals. I had cramp so bad I was screaming in pain at times and had quite bad edema. Couple of these a day and the cramp is gone, upped to three a day and so has the edema! Has made such a difference. Would recommend to anyone and great as you don't have to take your electrolytes with extra calories as you do in drinks.

Quick fix for cramp
5I have been running long distance 10-15miles for a few months, and always ended up with cramp in the evenings of my runs. I was recommended this product by a friend who swears by it - I tried it and haven't looked back since. They work very well for any lack of body salts, especially if you are prone to sweating lots while exercising. Goes Well With:Water & electrolyte powder.

5Early days yet to review all the health benefits, but I would like to say they are good value for money and hopefully will aid in stopping my leg cramps. I would have preferred these in capsule form which are easier to swallow (as are all my other products from you).Goes Well With:Water
